The Challenge

Our client faced significant challenges in staying current with best practices in recruitment to attract more applications and secure quality hires. They needed a partner who could offer expertise in sourcing and recruitment marketing, coupled with technological innovation to enhance their talent acquisition strategy.

Our Solution

We collaborated closely with our partner's talent acquisition team to establish a foundation of trust and collaboration. Our approach included:

  • Travel Nurse Reduction Program: Implementing our seven-step program to reduce reliance on travel nurses and increase the number of full-time employees, thereby reducing premium labor costs.
  • Technological Enhancements: Introducing a formal Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and refining hiring manager intake processes to streamline recruitment and improve outcomes.
  • Digital Presence Optimization: Evaluating and enhancing our partner’s digital presence by developing clear marketing initiatives focused on major job posting platforms and social media content.
  • Multi-Touch Sourcing Strategy: Creating a comprehensive sourcing strategy to engage passive job seekers effectively.

Our Results

In the first 90 days of our partnership, we were able to beat our hiring goal for RNs and RTs, allowing our client to terminate traveler contracts, resulting in a savings of over $150K. The average submit-to-hire ratio for our partner was 3:1; however, with our new best-in-class processes and detailed weekly reporting, that ratio is now 2:1.
