Our long-time healthcare partner was using recruitment agencies for leadership and executive-level recruitment. These agencies charged a premium fee for their services and ultimately didn't always deliver the right candidates to meet our partner's needs.

As a long-time RPO partner to our client, we provided recruitment for all of their positions, including leadership roles, except C-suite/executive-level roles.
