As a long-time RPO partner to our client, we provided recruitment for all of their positions, including leadership roles, except C-suite/executive-level roles. In our regular discussions around continued optimization, we told our partner that we could implement a dedicated recruiter to support their C-suite/executive-level recruitment, which would decrease agency fees and deliver more quality candidates.

For every leadership search, our dedicated recruiter conducts a thorough kick-off with the leadership team and others involved in the hiring process. This includes building out an extensive job brochure for prospective candidates and conducting extensive research on potential candidates and other organizations in the market where we would want to recruit prospective candidates.
Because of our recruiter's extensive knowledge of the organization, we can better screen and prep candidates so they know and understand the nuances of the role and the organization as a whole. As a result, our partner has successfully hired the highest number of executive placements compared to using agency recruitment firms.
