The Situation
Our client is the children’s hospital of our long-time hospital partner. Seeing our successful RPO solution for the parent hospital, the children’s hospital engaged in an RPO partnership with Hueman to initially provide recruiting support in areas where their internal team was struggling, primarily with hiring PICU nurses.
Our Results
For 10+ years, Hueman has made, on average, 400 hires each year for our partner. Over our long partnership, our focus areas of recruitment have shifted to best support their internal team. We’ve supported hiring for roles, including specialty pediatric RNs, entry-level clinical roles, RTs, PTs, and admin roles, among others.

Hueman initially provided a recruitment solution to augment their internal team in areas where they were struggling to hire, including the PICU and OR. Following success in those two areas, our partner asked Hueman to take over RN recruiting and even some nurse leadership roles.
Hueman’s dedicated recruiters are considered part of the internal team and participate in weekly strategy meetings where they are consulted for their expertise and recommendations related to the talent acquisition strategy.
