With a high turnover rate among their internal recruiting team, our partner sought a reliable contract recruitment partnership to supplement their internal team.
Our partner's goal was to ensure a great candidate experience by moving candidates through each stage of the process within 3-5 days.
Our Solution
Hueman initially designated four contract recruiters to this partnership. These recruiters became an extension of our partner's team, seamlessly integrating into their ATS and processes. With the support of our Hueman Recruitment Manager, the team worked with our partner's leadership to reduce requisitions and move candidates through the stages within the specified timeframes and often outperforming those set times.
Our recruiters mainly recruited hard-to-fill roles, including radiology, cardiology, surgical techs, PCTs, sterile processing techs, respiratory therapy, and pharmacy. When our partner experienced additional turnover, they asked us to provide two additional contract recruiters to their account.
Our Results
In a year, Hueman's six recruiters made 645 hires.
Before Hueman, our partner had a vacancy rate and premium labor spend that, as they put it, 'was out of control.' Their internal recruiters were running at 180% capacity.
With the implementation of Hueman's recruiters, their internal team has a very manageable requisition count, premium labor costs are down, and vacancies have been reduced by 15% in 9 months.
