Our Solution
Hueman dedicated two recruiters to the partnership who have experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries. The lead recruiter holds degrees in genetics and biological anthropology and has strong experience with science and engineering recruitment.
Following a thorough discovery process, our team helped our partner to implement a formal recruitment process from screening and interviewing through offer and onboarding. Additionally, we worked with our partner to implement and optimize a formal ATS.
Our Results
With formal processes in place, a tech stack now in place, and dedicated recruiters who are well-versed in FDA, ISO, and cGMP regulations, our partner was able to increase their number of hires while simultaneously reducing their overall cost per hire by 20%. Hueman’s recruiters had success in exceeding the hiring goals for our partner’s hard-to-fill engineer roles and corporate and sales roles in both metro and rural locations, including Athens and Plano, TX, Chicago, IL, and Rochester, NY.
