Our Results
Over our two-year partnership, Hueman successfully made 1,700+ hires, significantly helping our partner to reduce their dependency on RN and RT travelers and premium labor. We exceeded our hiring goals, resulting in a 20% reduction in the contracted cost per hire. Additionally, one of the partnership’s key objectives was to increase external hires, and Hueman achieved a remarkable 63% increase in total external hires.
