The Challenge
This client was affiliated with a current, long-term hospital partner of Hueman. The client needed help sourcing, hiring, and building their physician pipeline. Based on our physician and APP recruitment capabilities and our successful partnership with their affiliated hospital, this client engaged Hueman in the Spring of 2022. Hueman was brought on to supplement their low volume of organic applicants, and they needed more formal and consistent recruitment marketing support.
Our Solution
Hueman conducted a thorough implementation and dedicated one physician recruiter who is supported by our dedicated recruitment marketing team. Key facets of our physician sourcing and pipelining strategy are consistent and targeted recruitment marketing campaigns coupled with extensive physician database mining.
Our dedicated recruiter is not just reviewing and submitting resumes; they are focused on building rapport and relationships with candidates on behalf of our partner’s organization. In addition to sourcing and hiring, our recruiter also provides weekly onboarding updates for our partner.
Our Results
To date, our physician recruiter has conducted over 1,000 preliminary phone interviews with physicians, increased our partner’s candidate database by 300+ physicians, and made 25 hires. Our partner commented on how pleased they have been with the high quality of candidates being submitted to their team.
