Our Results
In the first 90 days of our partnership, we were able to beat our hiring goal for RNs and RTs, allowing our client to terminate traveler contracts, resulting in a savings of over $150K. The average submit-to-hire ratio for our partner was 3:1; however, with our new best-in-class processes and detailed weekly reporting, that ratio is now 2:1.
