Hueman spent 3 months implementing our team of recruitment leaders and 28 recruiters, learning and adjusting internal processes to drive best practices, in addition to evaluating our partner’s internal recruiters to join the Hueman team.
In the first four months of the partnership, our client shared that we had already doubled the number of hires made compared to their hires in the same period of the previous year. Reaching the first full year of partnership, our client has realized a reduction in open jobs, an increase in total hires, a decrease in overall days to fill, and most notably, a decrease in clinical agency spend with a savings of $13.1M.
