Our Partner: An American-unionized transmissions automotive manufacturer with over 3,500 employees and global locations

The Challenge

Our client sought an RPO partner through an RFP process to support end-to-end recruitment for hourly and salaried roles for their U.S. and global locations. They required a solution that encompassed sourcing, recruiting, screening, and offer management. Adding to the complexity, the organization faced significant internal turnover within its Talent Acquisition leadership, heightening the urgency for a reliable recruitment partner.

Our Solution

Following the competitive RFP process, we were awarded the contract due to our ability to quickly address immediate hiring needs while building a scalable, long-term solution. To ensure a seamless transition, we implemented a phased approach:
  • Phase 1: Deployed our "Recruiter on Demand" model to provide immediate recruiting support.
  • Phase 2: Concurrently ramped up and implemented a comprehensive RPO solution.

This approach ensured continuity in recruiting efforts while allowing for a smooth transition to a fully dedicated RPO team. Beyond sourcing and recruiting, we collaborated closely with the client’s vendors to facilitate background checks, drug screening, and offer management. Additionally, we embedded a dedicated on-site recruiter at the client’s U.S. location to provide hands-on support.

Our Results

To date, our dedicated team has successfully made more than 1,900 hires across locations in the U.S., Mexico, Germany, India, and Hungary. Moreover, by transitioning to our RPO solution, our partner reduced their reliance on temporary agency staffing, resulting in cost savings of over $800,000.

Our strategic and flexible approach has enabled the client to address both immediate and long-term hiring needs while strengthening their global talent acquisition infrastructure.
