Beyond sourcing and recruiting, we collaborated closely with the client’s vendors to facilitate background checks, drug screening, and offer management. Additionally, we embedded a dedicated on-site recruiter at the client’s U.S. location to provide hands-on support.
To date, our dedicated team has successfully made more than 1,900 hires across locations in the U.S., Mexico, Germany, India, and Hungary. Moreover, by transitioning to our RPO solution, our partner reduced their reliance on temporary agency staffing, resulting in cost savings of over $800,000.
