Our client needed a recruiting partner to source and recruit for both their hourly and salaried positions across their U.S. locations. With limited internal resources, they needed a partner to ensure hiring goals were met efficiently and effectively.

We had a dedicated team of recruiters that included an onsite resource to administer all testing for new hires. While we were initially engaged in hiring both hourly and salaried positions, due to our success, we effectively filled all of their salaried roles. This success led to the renewal of our partnership with a new focus exclusively on hourly hiring.
