Our client sought a new RPO provider that could better align with their needs. Their previous provider struggled to deliver a pipeline of high-quality talent for critical salaried positions and lacked the capability to manage hiring across all roles within the organization.

Our Solution

Hueman was selected as the new RPO partner to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Our comprehensive solution includes everything from recruiting, sourcing, screening, and initiation of background checks to offer letter management. To support our client’s hiring needs, we assigned a dedicated recruitment manager and a team of three dedicated recruiters. This team focuses on hiring for all salaried and hourly positions, including engineering, marketing, sales, management, and executive leadership roles.
 

Our Results

Hueman has successfully hired 450+ hourly and salaried employees. In our first year of partnership, we decreased overall time to fill by more than 20% and increased offer acceptance rates by 89%. By delivering a comprehensive RPO program with a strong emphasis on cultural integration, including onsite visits and consistent communication, Hueman fostered a collaborative and transparent partnership.
