Our partner needed additional recruiting support for their hard-to-fill roles, while their internal team focuses on hiring for many of the volume roles. One of the more difficult to hire roles for our partner has been CRNAs, and they have been forced to use costly agencies and CRNA travelers to meet their systems needs. Our partner had not successfully hired a CRNA in over two years due to the difficulty of sourcing in their location.
After working with our partner for about 8 months, they asked our team to take on hiring for their CRNA roles.
