Based on our physician and APP recruitment capabilities and our successful partnership with their affiliated hospital, this client engaged Hueman in the Spring of 2022. Hueman was brought on to supplement their low volume of organic applicants, and they needed more formal and consistent recruitment marketing support.

To date, our physician recruiter has conducted over 1,000 preliminary phone interviews with physicians, increased our partner’s candidate database by 300+ physicians, and made 25 hires.
