Our partner hired two new OR pediatric surgeons and needed more pediatric clinicians to open additional beds in their pediatric wing. Based on our extensive healthcare recruiting expertise, Hueman was engaged for a six-month RPO project to hire 63 pediatric nurses and respiratory therapists.
Hueman dedicated three recruiters to this partnership in addition to extensive support from our internal recruitment marketing team. Our recruiters became an extension of our partner's sophisticated TA team, seamlessly integrating into their ATS and processes. In an already challenging talent market, our team leveraged significant passive and active candidate sourcing and marketing strategies to engage qualified candidates from the greater Houston area and across the country. Our team conducted extensive market research, developed a content strategy, created new content (email and social campaigns), supported hiring events, and ran evergreen job sponsorship, in addition to leveraging other unique sourcing strategies.
In just over six months, our recruiters hired 70 hard-to-fill clinicians, pediatric nurses, and respiratory therapists. In that time, we significantly increased applicant flow and developed a strong pipeline of talent both in and out of state to support the growth and expansion of their business. We drove 238 applicants and conducted 200+ prescreen interviews for a total of 153 candidate submissions and 127 hiring manager interviews. Of the 70 hires, 52 lived in Houston, and 18 were relocated from other states ranging from Woodbridge, VA, St. Peters, MO, Daytona Beach, FL, and San Diego, CA, to name a few.
