Hueman implemented a tailored recruiter-on-demand/project RPO solution to assist our partner in making 60 strategic hires within six months. With a team of 5 dedicated recruiters, we began sourcing both active and passive candidates while leveraging the partner's ATS, Dayforce.
By optimizing the capabilities of their candidate database, we enhanced sourcing efficiency. Our team utilized advanced search functionality to identify qualified candidates who had previously applied and streamlined reporting by adding customized column headers to track candidates at each stage of the hiring process.
Over the six-month project, our recruiters made a total of 60 hires. We made 27 salary hires over six months, with an average time to fill of 33 days, and 33 hourly hires over 3.5 months, with an average time to fill of 11 days.
